Usage Directions:

For oral use. Pour one sachet of powder into a mug and fill with hot, not boiling, water. Stir until dissolved. Sweeten to taste if desired. Adults, the elderly, and children over 16 years: take 1 sachet every 4-6 hours, up to 4 sachets in 24 hours. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
