Read the instructions carefully before taking the product – if you have any questions, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
Active: Bismuth Subsalicylate (262.5 mg in each tablet).
Others: Mannitol, Calcium Carbonate, Povidone, Magnesium Stearate, Talc, Peppermint Flavour, Saccharin Sodium, Aspartame (E951), Amaranth Aluminium Lake (E123), Vanilla Cream Flavour.
Do not use if you are:
Under 16 years, due to a possible association between salicylates and Reye’s syndrome (a very rare but very serious disease)
Allergic to salicylates including aspirin or any of the other ingredients
Taking other salicylates including aspirin
Pregnant or breast-feeding.
Thinning the blood (anticoagulants)
Diabetes
Gout.
This product may cause a temporary and harmless darkening of the stool and/or tongue. If symptoms do not disappear after 3 days of stopping product use – consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Symptoms are severe or persist for more than 2 days
Diarrhoea is accompanied by fever
You notice anything unusual or have unexpected side effects
You accidentally take too many tablets.
